2. Information We Collect

Merchant Profile: Store name, email address, contact phone number, and account credentials.
Verification Queries: Customer 10-digit mobile numbers submitted for COD delivery risk evaluation.
Payment Records: Transaction reference IDs (e.g. Razorpay Payment IDs and UTRs) for credit top-ups.

3. How We Use Collected Data

Customer phone numbers are utilized strictly to evaluate historic delivery success percentages across courier networks. We NEVER sell, rent, monetize, or disclose merchant customer data to third-party advertisers or telemarketers.

4. Data Security

All communication with COD Guard servers is encrypted using Industry-standard SSL/TLS (HTTPS). Databases and internal access keys are restricted to authorized personnel only.
