1. 48-Hour Refund Guarantee

We are committed to delivering exceptional value to e-commerce merchants. If you purchase any verification credit pack and are not satisfied with the API service, you may request a 100% full refund within 48 hours of purchase, provided less than 10% of the purchased credits have been consumed.

2. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of successful payment.
• Fully or heavily consumed credit packs (more than 10% usage) are non-refundable as server resources and network queries have already been expended.
• Accidental duplicate payments will be refunded 100% without any deduction.

3. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated immediately and credited back to the original payment source (UPI ID, Debit/Credit Card, or NetBanking) via Razorpay within 2 to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing schedule.
