COD Guard provides algorithmic risk scoring and delivery track-record intelligence for Indian mobile numbers to help e-commerce stores reduce fake Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and Return-to-Origin (RTO) shipping losses.
Merchants are strictly responsible for safeguarding their Store API Key. Any API queries initiated using your key will be deducted from your credit balance. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
COD Guard operates on a prepaid usage model in Indian Rupees (INR). Merchants purchase verification credit packs. Each verification query consumes 1 credit. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.
You agree not to use the service for illegal surveillance, spamming, harassment, or unauthorized data scraping. Reselling raw API responses without written consent is strictly prohibited.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
